1. Status of the site
nordiskinspirasjon.com is an independent information and review resource published by Nordisk Inspirasjon AS, Kanalveien 7, 5068 Bergen, Norge. It is not the official website of any hotel, casino, booking platform or gambling regulator. A brand name on a page identifies a real business we describe. It does not mean that brand operates this desk, pays for the copy, or answers the contact form.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a form and do not treat a review as a booking channel. You may still leave through an official hotel link; that click is then governed by the operator’s terms, not by a contract with us.
2. Real properties and information
We describe existing businesses with addresses, licences and official sites we could verify. We do not invent hotels, casinos, amenities, guest reviews or numeric scores. Where a brand publishes its own score with a visible review count, we may quote that figure and date it. Silence on a detail — a table count, a spa price, an unpublished opening year — is intentional. It is not a gap you should fill with a travel-blog guess.
If a fact on an operator’s site changes after we quoted it, the operator prevails. Hours, dress codes and room names move. Our pages are briefings, not a live property-management system. When we cannot attribute a claim, we omit it rather than dress it as atmosphere.
3. Booking and third-party services
Buttons labelled Check availability, Official hotel or Book open official hotel engines or named booking services. We do not take payment for rooms, we do not issue vouchers, and we do not hold an allotment. A form on this site is a reservation inquiry to our editorial desk. It is not a confirmed booking and not a booking made in a hotel’s name.
If a hotel later sends you a confirmation, that document comes from the hotel or its engine. Chargebacks, no-shows and rate rules are between you and that operator. We are not a party to the stay, even if you found the address on a Nordisk Inspirasjon page.
4. Currency of information
Casino hours, restaurant lists, room types and visiting rules change. A paragraph we sourced in August 2026 can be stale the week you fly. Check the operator’s page the week you travel. We are not liable for third-party details we quoted in good faith from public pages that the operator later rewrote.
Ferry, flight and train connections are described as geography, not as a timetable. We do not sell tickets. If a bridge is closed or a gate moves, that is a transport fact, not an editorial breach of these terms.
5. Prices and availability
We do not display invented prices, package deals or live room stock. Any rate, tax line or “only three rooms left” label you see after clicking through belongs to the booking service, not to Nordisk Inspirasjon AS. Danish operators typically quote in DKK. A converter on another site is not our figure.
A reservation inquiry that mentions dates does not lock a rate. It does not create a consumer right to that rate against us, because we are not the seller of the night. For a price you can rely on, complete a booking where the hotel or its engine is the merchant.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Norwegian law, we are not liable for losses from relying on summaries, from third-party websites, from travel disruption, from a refused casino door, or from gambling outcomes. Editorial copy is information. It is not a guarantee that a table is open, that a spa slot exists, or that a passport will be accepted.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence where Norwegian law forbids a waiver. If a mandatory consumer right applies to you, that right sits above this paragraph.
7. Third-party links
Links to hotels, casinos, maps, ROFUS, StopSpillet, Hjelpelinjen, Lotteritilsynet, Spillemyndigheden and similar bodies are for convenience and for sourced context. We do not endorse every page those organisations publish, and we do not control when they move a URL.
A broken outbound link is not a secret hotel. If a regulator list changes, we update when we can verify the new public page. Until then, treat the operator and the authority as the live source, not a cached sentence here.
8. Age restrictions
Casino content on this site is written for adults. Licensed land casinos in Denmark require guests to be 18 or older with valid photo ID. Do not treat a hotel pool, a fairy-tale room name or a concert-hall neighbour as a reason to bring a minor onto a casino floor.
We do not verify your age when you browse. The door that checks ID is the casino’s door. Attempting to enter under age is a matter between you, the operator and Danish law, not a feature of this website.
9. Responsible gambling
Gambling should remain entertainment. If play stops being fun, stop. Use ROFUS and StopSpillet in Denmark, Hjelpelinjen in Norway, or another local service. We do not offer bets, bonuses, odds, credit, or a “system” for recovering losses. A hotel review that mentions a casino is not an invitation to chase a deficit.
Norwegian law on domestic gambling is not rewritten by a weekend in Jutland. Crossing to Denmark puts you under a Danish licence and a Danish door. It does not create a Norwegian casino hotel, and it does not make this desk a gambling operator.
10. Intellectual property
Site text, original editorial images and the name Nordisk Inspirasjon are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy the reviews as if they were a hotel brochure, scrape them into a competing product, or strip the independent-status lines so the page looks official.
Hotel and casino names, logos and interior designs belong to their owners. Editorial images on this site are original artwork created for the desk. They are not official photography of a lobby, a suite or a pit. Using a picture here as “the room you will get” is a misuse of the image and of these terms.
11. Acceptable use
Do not flood the forms, plant malware in a message, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or present our pages as an official hotel or casino channel. Do not use the inquiry form to send payment card numbers, passport scans or threats.
We may block an address that abuses the form. That block is an operational step, not a comment on your right to book a real hotel on the operator’s own site.
12. Governing law
Norwegian law applies to these terms and to use of the site as an information resource. Courts in Bergen have venue for disputes that can be brought here. This sentence does not strip a consumer of a mandatory venue or of rights that Norwegian or EEA consumer law will not let a website waive.
A dispute with a hotel or casino about a stay or a door is not automatically a dispute with Nordisk Inspirasjon AS. Bring that claim to the operator who took the money or checked the ID.
13. Changes to terms
We may change these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the bottom is the published revision. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated text where that is allowed. Material changes will sit on this page in readable sentences.
If you have an unanswered inquiry in our mailbox, a terms change does not convert that inquiry into a hotel contract. It remains a message to an editorial desk unless you later book with the operator.

15. Editorial images
Images on this site are original editorial artwork unless a caption states otherwise. They set a Nordic mood for a city or a building type. They must not be treated as official photographs of a specific room category, a current casino carpet, or a menu that will be on the table this Friday.
The footer already says this. These terms repeat it so a screenshot of a hero image cannot be passed off as a hotel’s own marketing. Destinations photographs of Nyhavn, Kronborg, Vejle Fjord, the Limfjord and Odense brick are likewise editorial, not tourism-board assets we claim to own as official city photography.
