Questions we would ask ourselves.
Short answers first. Longer method lives on How We Review. Legal wording lives in Privacy, Cookies, Terms and the Disclaimer.
Are you the official site of any hotel?
No. Nordisk Inspirasjon AS is an independent information resource. Bookings happen on the hotel’s own engine or another named booking service. Hotel names on this site are identifiers for real businesses, not proof that we speak for them.
Is there a casino hotel in Norway?
We have not found a licensed land-based casino hotel in Norway. The monopoly model under Lotteritilsynet does not currently include walk-in casino hotels in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim or Stavanger. Bingo halls and ferry shops are not hotel casinos on this desk.
Why only Denmark in the hotel list?
Because that is where we can currently verify a hotel and a licensed land casino sharing one address. Sweden’s Cosmopol venues closed. Helsinki’s casino is not a hotel. Two Danish licences (Vesterport and Royal Casino Aarhus) are casinos without a hotel product, so they stay off the hotel index.
Do the Book Now buttons charge you?
No. They open the official hotel site. We do not process card payments for rooms. Prices, deposits and cancellation rules are the hotel’s. Currency on Danish sites is typically DKK unless the engine shows otherwise.
Why are most hotels missing a star score?
We only quote scores we can attribute. Invented averages are not allowed on this desk. The one numeric score currently cited is Radisson Blu Scandinavia Copenhagen’s 3.5/5 on the Radisson Hotels site (3,888 reviews, checked August 2026).
What is the age limit?
Danish land casinos require guests to be 18 or older with valid photo ID. A hotel key does not replace ID at the casino door. Hotel stays follow each hotel’s own policy for children in rooms — check the official site.
Can I send a reservation inquiry here?
Yes, on Contact Us. It is an inquiry to our desk in Bergen, not a confirmed booking and not a request sent as if we were the hotel. For a room you intend to take, use Check availability on the hotel page.
Are the photographs from the hotels?
No. Images on this site are original editorial artwork. For current property photography, use each hotel’s official gallery. Captions say so on the pages.
Where do I get help with gambling?
In Norway, Hjelpelinjen. In Denmark, StopSpillet and the ROFUS self-exclusion register. Lotteritilsynet and Spillemyndigheden publish official guidance. This site does not provide counselling.
Which language is primary?
English is the primary language of the site. Norwegian is the second. Use the language control in the header. Legal pages exist in both.
