1. Independent desk
Nordisk Inspirasjon AS provides independent information about real hotels and licensed casinos. We may include links to third-party booking services. We are not those businesses. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a room, a chip, a dinner seating or a concert ticket. A copper button is a door out of the briefing, not a till.
Read this page with the Terms. Together they describe a Bergen editorial desk, not a travel agency holding rooms and not a casino cage. If a sentence on a hotel page sounds like a promise of a view, treat it as sourced description from the operator, then confirm on the operator’s site before you pack.
2. No official affiliation
Use of a hotel or casino name does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by that operator. Logos, interiors and slogans remain their owners’ marks. We use names so a Norwegian reader can find the same building the regulator lists, not so we can wear the brand.
If an operator asks us to correct a sourced fact, we check the public page they cite and update if the page supports the change. We do not rewrite a review into a brochure because a marketing team prefers softer adjectives. Affiliation is not created by a polite email, only by a relationship we would have to disclose — and we have none with the houses we describe.
3. No wagering
We do not accept bets, hold player accounts, issue chips, or pay winnings. We do not offer bonuses, odds, credit, or “free spins” as a lure into a hotel stay. A casino-hotel briefing is travel information about a licensed door that shares an address with a bookable bed. It is not an invitation to gamble and not a prediction that you will leave ahead.
If you place a bet, you place it with the Danish operator under that operator’s rules, ID check and 18+ door. Losses, wins and arguments about a spin are not claims against Nordisk Inspirasjon AS. We did not take the stake.
4. Travel risk
You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, tickets and checking opening hours before you travel. Ferry, flight and train times are not published here as a timetable. Border rules, ID rules and what a casino will accept as photo ID can change without a notice to a review site in Bergen.
Weather on the Øresund, ice on the E45, and a sold-out Saturday at Munkebjerg are not editorial defects. We describe geography and sourced house facts. We do not underwrite the journey. If a hotel cancels a reservation you made on its engine, that dispute is with the hotel.
5. Maps
Map embeds are provided by Google. Pins can sit a few metres off a courtyard, a Q-Park entrance or a fjord path. Always confirm the street address printed in the review and on the hotel’s official site before you set a taxi or a walking time.
A map is an aid, not a surveyor’s certificate. Loading it also means Google’s services see the request. If you do not want that, skip the embed; the licensed address is still in the text. We are not liable for a wrong turn taken from an approximate pin.
6. Editorial images
Photographs and generated stills on this site are original editorial artwork unless a caption says otherwise. They are not official property photos. Do not treat a dusk canal, a forest terrace or a cream hotel room as proof of the category you will be given at check-in.
Destinations images of Copenhagen, Helsingør, Vejle, Aalborg and Odense are likewise mood and place, not tourism-board files and not a promise that the weather will match. The footer states the same rule. This disclaimer exists so a screenshot cannot be passed off as the hotel’s own camera.
7. Corrections
If a sourced fact looks wrong, email contact@nordiskinspirasjon.com and include a link to the official page. We will check the operator, not a screenshot from a forum. We do not host a public comments wall, and we do not publish anonymous “I was there last night” notes as if they were licences.
A correction is not a refund. If your stay was poor, write to the hotel. If a regulator list has moved, send the new public URL. We update when we can verify, not when a rumour is loud.
8. Gambling harm
If gambling is a problem, stop and seek help. In Norway, Hjelpelinjen. In Denmark, StopSpillet and the ROFUS self-exclusion register. This site does not provide counselling, therapy or a chat with a croupier. We will not present a casino stay as a way to recover losses, pay a debt, or “get even” after a bad week.
Help links in the header and footer are there because the product we describe includes an 18+ floor. They are not a claim that we monitor your play. We cannot see a table. We can only refuse to romanticise harm.
9. Norway
Nothing on this site authorises gambling that Norwegian law does not allow. We describe foreign licensed venues so a traveller from Bergen or Oslo can see where a hotel and a land casino actually share an address. That map currently sits in Denmark. It does not sit in Norwegian cities.
Lotteritilsynet (Lotteri- og stiftelsestilsynet) remains the Norwegian authority for domestic gambling questions. Bingo halls, hotel slot corners and ferry shops are not the same product as a Spillemyndigheden land casino. Crossing a bridge does not import a Norwegian casino licence into Jutland.
10. No professional advice
Pages are editorial. They are not legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice or investment advice. We do not tell you how to declare a win, how to structure a company outing, or whether a particular visa covers a casino visit.
Licence lists we cite can be updated by regulators without notice to us. A house can close, a company can be sold, a dress code can tighten. The live document is the authority’s list and the operator’s door policy, not a paragraph we froze in August 2026.
11. Availability of the site
We may suspend pages for maintenance, move a URL, or take a review down while we check a source, without individual notice. Cached copies on search engines, archives or your own browser may be stale. If a page 404s, use the hotel index or write to the desk; do not assume the hotel itself has closed.
Downtime is not a compensation event. We do not sell access to the dossier. When the site is back, the Terms and this disclaimer still apply.
12. Language
English is the primary language of the site; Norwegian is provided as a second language so a reader in Norway is not forced through every heading in a foreign tongue. If the two versions of a legal page differ in thickness, write to us. We treat the English legal pages as the reference text unless Norwegian mandatory law requires otherwise.
Hotel names stay in the form the operator uses. We do not translate Kronborg into a marketing nickname. A mismatch between EN and NO on a travel paragraph is an editorial defect we will fix; it is not a secret second hotel.
13. Contact
Nordisk Inspirasjon AS, Kanalveien 7, 5068 Bergen, Norge, contact@nordiskinspirasjon.com. That mailbox reaches the desk that writes the reviews. It does not reach a Radisson reservations team, a Marienlyst spa booker, or a Danish casino host.
State whether you are asking for a correction, a privacy right, or a comment on a stay. A stay comment can inform a future briefing. It cannot reopen a folio we never opened.
14. Third-party sites
Once you leave nordiskinspirasjon.com, the destination’s terms, privacy notice, cookie banner and house rules apply. We are not a party to your booking, your dinner bill or your casino visit. Chargebacks, dress-code refusals and ID checks happen on that side of the door.
If an outbound link is broken, try the operator name plus the city, then tell us. Do not complete a card payment on a lookalike domain. We cannot certify every redirect on the open web.
15. Currency and prices
We do not display live room rates, dynamic packages or “from” prices invented to look cheap. Danish operators typically price in Danish kroner. A euro or krone converter on another site is not a Nordisk Inspirasjon rate and is not a promise of the night you will be charged.
Casino chips, table minima and tournament buy-ins belong to the operator’s floor rules. We do not quote them unless the operator has published a figure we can attribute, and even then we tell you to re-check the week you go. Money on a felt is not a hotel rate, and neither figure is sold by this desk.
